More Red Ribbon Week

Red Ribbon Week reminds us to stay drug free all the time. Today we are wearing our Red Ribbons. Our ribbons say, "Join me. Be drug free. We're decorating our door. We decorated our door with monkeys. Our door also says, "Make positive choices. Don't monkey around with drugs. We have 9 monkeys on the door now. Yesterday we received our stickers and some are wearing them. On Friday some people are going to talk to us about staying from drugs. Try to wear red on Friday. Tomorrow a police officer and a dog will be coming. I hope we have a good Red Ribbon Week!!!! See you later. We need to get back to writing.

I can't wait to hear about your special visitors at school. Remember to listen closely to the police officer about what he tells you! Have a great day!

I love reading your blog and hearing what you are doing each week. I am Miranda's Aunt and I live in Friendswood, Texas. Our schools here all celebrated Red Ribbon Week also. There are red ribbons tied on all the fences and trees around the schools now. We also have banners all over town saying "Say NO to Drugs". It was a very important week.
