Science

In Science we are studying maps and globes. We have science now in Mrs. Dreher's room. In her room we went on treasure hunt in our map book. We learned that maps and globes are different. In our map book, we made our own city called "New City." We put streets, houses, stores, schools, and a park. We talked about north, south, east, and west. In our map book, we have maps and have to trace our way. We learned that maps give you a closer look. We are on page 22 in the book. The characters in the book are called Jamie and Jordan. In Mrs. Dreher's room we have a map that we pretend to drive a school bus to pick up and drop off kids. We have to take special streets to get to the houses. She uses an eraser for the school bus.
